ALBERT J. BOLET, III. received his undergraduate degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his law degree from Emory School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Bolet accepted a clerkship with the Honorable Isaac Jenrette, then Chief Judge of the Fulton County Superior Court. During his clerkship, Mr. Bolet assisted Judge Jenrette in the founding of the Fulton County Superior Court, Drug Court. In 1996, Mr. Bolet commenced the practice of law as an associate in the firm of Lackland & Heyward. Mr. Bolet's practice focused on commercial litigation, construction law and employment law. In 1998, Mr. Bolet joined the firm of Blumer International where he practiced commercial litigation, construction law, administrative/licensing law and employment law matters. In 1999, Mr. Bolet co-founded the law firm of Goico & Bolet. Mr. Bolet's practice focuses on commercial litigation, construction law, administrative/licensing law, banking law and employment law.
Mr. Bolet was admitted to practice before the State Bar of Georgia in 1991. He has been admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition, Mr. Bolet is admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia and the Western District of Wisconsin.
Mr. Bolet has held memberships, offices and/or honors in the following: Founding Board Member of the Hispanic Contractor's Association of Georgia; Co-Founder and Past President, Vice President and Trustee of the Georgia Hispanic Bar Association; Past Member of the Board of Directors and the Parliamentarian of the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; Mr. Bolet received the John H. Calhoun, Jr. Community Service Award from the Fulton Atlanta Community Action Authority. Mr. Bolet was the 2001 Recipient of the Chief Justice Benham Community Service Award from the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Bolet has been appointed by the Supreme Court of Georgia to serve on its Equality Commission and to Chair the Judicial Administrative District 4 Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee. Mr. Bolet is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta class of 1998. Mr. Bolet has served on the following State Bar of Georgia Committees: past Co-chair of the Diversity Program, the Woman and Minorities Committee, and the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee. Mr. Bolet was the chair of Younger Lawyers Section: Minorities in the Profession Committee from 1993-1996. This Committee was recognized by the American Bar Association with its award of achievement for its outstanding activities during 1994-1995 bar year. Mr. Bolet has been invited as a guest panelist to the 1999 and 2001 America Bar Association annual meetings. Mr. Bolet is a member of the Knights of Columbus, Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce and Phi Gamma Delta Social Fraternity. BACK
HIPOLITO M. GOICO received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his law degree from Emory School of Law. Upon graduation began private practice in 1995, as an associate of the firm Blumer International where he practiced corporate law, real estate law, and immigration law. In 1999, Mr. Goico co-founded the law firm of Goico & Bolet. Mr. Goico's practice focuses on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions finance, real estate law, banking law and corporate immigration matters.
Mr. Goico was admitted to practice before the State Bar of Georgia in 1995. He has been admitted to practice before the Federal District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.

W. ROWLAND HEYWARD received his undergraduate degree from Wofford College and his law degree from Vanderbilt University. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
Mr. Heyward worked for a number of years with Arnall Golden & Gregory in Metropolitan Atlanta where he acquired substantial experience with often complex legal work in both the corporate and commercial real estate areas. The real estate experience focused on the legal needs relating to commercial developments, including the acquisition of raw land and existing commercial properties, development, and the expansion of existing commercial property. This work also included the representation of lenders and borrowers in connection with commercial loans. Mr. Heyward has years of experience with government or quasi-government agencies, primarily with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as a staff attorney, attorney manager and supervisory attorney for environmental regulatory programs. This work included advising clients regarding compliance with applicable statutes and regulations, and dealing with representatives of the agency's regional office, headquarters office, the Department of Justice and the regulated community. This work has engendered a sensitivity to the needs of the government client, the regulated community and other stakeholders. MARGUERITE K. BELLINE received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and her law degree from Georgia State University. She is a member o f the State Bar of Georgia. Ms. Belline externed at the Fulton County Solicitor's Office and began private practice in 2007. Ms. Belline joined the law firm of Goico & Bolet, P.C. as an associate in 2007 and currently handles cases in immigration, commercial litigation, landlord/tenant, and criminal law. Ms. Belline has held memberships, offices and/or received honors in the following: Pro BOno Initiative Fulton County Jail Project; GSU College of Law Public Service Award; GSU Chapter of N.A.C.D.L.
